Glencoe Primary School is an Independent Public School that caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6.
Our aim is to provide a safe, caring and positive environment where students are able to develop to their potential academically, emotionally, physically and socially, so that they will cope with the challenges of change in the 21st Century.
We believe that all students have a right to a quality education that recognises their social, emotional, physical and educational needs. The school’s ethos embodies the nurturing and development of the whole child. Therefore, we strive for excellent educational outcomes for all students and this is provided in a motivating, safe and stimulating environment that is conducive to learning.
School hours are
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 2:50pm
Early childhood finishes at 2:45pm daily.

Communication Platform
Glencoe Primary School uses Compass and MGM as our main communication platform.
You can log on using a desktop browser or via Downloading the free Compass School Manager App from the App Store or Google Play.
Using the App or Online Portal, parents can:
Enter an Attendance Note when your child is absent
Receive forms for school events, such as excursions, camps etc, and provide payment and permission electronically – no more lost forms!
View and Pay approved Voluntary Contributions
Quickly and easily send an email to your child’s teacher
Order school photos
View and download your child’s school reports
View relevant communication in the community - school documentation - Parent resources tab eg Newsletters, Kindy Timetables, Booklists, Canteen Menu, and various other useful information
Individual login details are required for each parent to access Compass. If you are an existing parent who has already been using Compass, you do not need to do anything. Your child’s class information will automatically rollover and update each year. If you are a new parent to the school – including new Kindy families - your login details will be either advised to you or sent out
If you have not received your login details, please contact the school office via email on glencoe.ps.enquiries@education.wa.edu.au for them to be sent to you
